Dr. Liu completed her PhD degree in Peking University Health Science Center, China, in 2010. She did a 1 year post-doc fellowship program in 2015 in Karolinska Institute, Sweden. She is currently a professor in Dept. of Rheumatology and Immunology. Dr. Liu is now serving as a committee member of Youth Committee of Rheumatology branch of Chinese Medical Association, committee member of the Youth Committee of Rheumatology branch, Chinese Medical Association.
Dr. Liu has a long standing interest in the mechanism and immunotherapy of RA, and a special interest in IgG4-related disease. She has published over 60 articles on peer reviewed journals, e.g. Ann Rheum Dis, Arthritis & Rheumatism, Rheumatology and so on. She has also contributed to over 8 textbooks and book chapters in rheumatology. She has been awarded many scientific prizes and foundations, e.g. Eular Travel Grant.
